Create your account
Sign up on tucia.com with Google or your email address, verify the address, and sign in to the Client Portal.
You need a Tucia account to place an order. Signing up is free and takes a minute; you only pay when you place an order.
Sign up
Open the sign-up page
Go to tucia.com/signup. You can sign up with your Google account in one click, or with your email address.
Sign up with email
Under Sign up with email, enter your email address and select Continue. On Complete account setup, add your First name, Last name and a Password, tick I agree to the terms and conditions, and select Create account.
The password must be 8–100 characters and include at least one letter and one number.
You are signed in
Your account is created and you are signed in straight away. You land in the Client Portal at app.tucia.com, on your order list, which says No orders yet until you place your first order.
Verify your email address
We send a verification link to the address you signed up with. Open it to activate delivery notifications and any welcome credit on your account. Until you do, the portal’s welcome page reminds you: Verify your email address.
Sign in
Go to tucia.com/login, enter your email address and password, and select Log in — or use your Google account. The Client Portal at app.tucia.com has no sign-in page of its own: whenever you need to sign in, you are sent to tucia.com and brought back afterwards.
Staying signed in
- Remember me on the sign-in form decides how long the session lasts. Tick it and you stay signed in for 30 days; leave it as it is and the session ends after 12 hours. Leave it unticked on a shared computer.
- Sign out, in the menu under your initials at the right of the top bar, ends the session on that device.
- When a session expires while you are working, a Session expired dialog appears: Your sign-in session has expired. Redirecting to the login page in 5s. Select Sign in again to go straight to the sign-in page, or wait for the countdown to take you there.
Forgot your password?
Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page at tucia.com/auth/forgot-password. We email you a link to set a new password. If you signed up with Google and never set a password, this is also how you create one.
Links in our emails
Order emails contain a link that opens the order directly and signs you in. These links stay valid for 15 days, so if an old email no longer opens the order, sign in normally and find the order in your list.
