Placing an order
Add your photos and instructions in one workspace, review the price and delivery time, and pay — three steps, nothing charged until the last one.
Click New order in the top bar and an order opens as a draft in its project workspace. From there it takes three steps: 1 Photos & instructions → 2 Review → 3 Pay. You can leave at any point and pick the draft up later from Drafts in the top bar. Nothing is charged until you pay.
The three steps
Photos & instructions
One page for everything you send us: upload the photos, move any reference images into Reference images (they are free), write Project instructions, and open a photo to mark the exact spots that should change. Everything saves as you type. The Order summary on the right shows the photos to edit, the Total in credits and the estimated delivery. When you are done, click Continue to review.
Review
Check these before you pay sums up the order: the price (1 credit for every photo we edit), the delivery time, and whether your photos are big enough for what you want. Below it, How pricing and delivery work answers the usual questions, and Ask before you pay lets you ask us something without changing the order. Click Proceed to Checkout.
Pay
Your account balance is used first. If it covers the order, click Complete Purchase; otherwise pay the rest with PayPal or a card. The order then appears in Orders as Being edited.

Good to know
- Every click on New order starts a new draft. Drafts you no longer need can be deleted — see Delete a draft order.
- Price: each photo we edit costs 1 credit; reference images are free. The Total in the workspace and the Order total on Review are before your balance and any coupon — the amount actually charged online is the Total Due on the Pay step. See Credits and pricing.
- Changed your mind after paying? You can cancel the order yourself within 15 minutes of paying; the credits go back to your balance.
