Review the result
Check delivered photos on the Edited tab, compare each one against the original, and find earlier versions of the same order.
When an editor delivers a version, the order changes to Ready for your review and the photos appear on the Edited tab. This page shows how to look through them properly before you approve or ask for changes.
Before you start
Open the order from Orders in the top bar. The Edited tab is where you land by default, and the card under the order name reads Your edited photos are ready for review (or Revision 2 is ready for your review for a later round). Until the first version is delivered, the tab says No edited photos yet and explains that your photos are with our editors and that we will email you the moment the first version is ready.
Steps
Pick a photo size
The S, M, L switch on the right of the tab row sets how large the photos are. Orders of 10 photos or fewer open at L; larger orders open at M.
Read the caption under each photo
Each photo shows its file name with the photo number on the right, then its dimensions and file size. A small badge in the top-left corner counts the revision notes you left on that photo.
Click a photo to compare it with the original
A full-screen view opens on After. Click the image, or use the Before / After switch under it, to change sides. Use ← and → to move to the next photo without leaving the view.
Download what you need
Download at the top of the compare view saves the photo you are looking at. Download All in Full-Res next to the version name downloads the whole version — see Download edited photos.
The download icon and the Revise this image button only appear while the pointer is over a photo. On a phone or tablet they stay hidden — tap the photo to open the compare view, which has both at the top.
One block per version
Each delivery is a block of its own, with the version name, a small grey label, the number of photos and a Download All in Full-Res button on one line:
- The first delivery is headed First delivery; later ones are Revision 1, Revision 2 and so on.
- Only the latest version is shown when you arrive, labeled Latest. When there is an earlier one, Show the earlier version (First delivery) at the bottom adds it below, and so on back through the order.
- Earlier versions are labeled Earlier version and read-only, with the line Revision notes can only be added to the latest version. You can still look at them and download them.
