Close your account
There is no close-account button in the portal — how to ask us to close your account or delete your photos, and what happens after you do.
Closing an account is not something you can do from inside the Client Portal. None of the Settings tabs has a close-account button, and there is no way to delete your whole photo history from the portal. Both are done by asking us, so that we can check the request really comes from you before anything is deleted for good.
How to ask
Write to support@tucia.com from the email address your account is registered under, and include the order numbers of your three most recent orders — all of them if you have fewer than three. Say which you want:
- your uploaded and edited photos deleted, or
- your account closed entirely.
We reply to confirm, usually within a day.
What gets deleted
Your originals, your edited files and the reference images you uploaded are removed. Records we are required to keep for accounting, such as receipts for payments you made, are not part of a photo deletion.
If you only want to clear out one order you have not paid for yet, you do not need any of this: you can delete photos from a draft, or the whole draft, yourself. See Delete photos and Delete a draft order.
If you have team members, closing your account ends their access too. To remove just one person, disable them on the Team tab instead.
If you simply stop using Tucia
Full-resolution files are kept for 180 days after delivery and then removed automatically, so an account you stop using empties itself over time. Credits left on your balance do not expire.
