Billing history and receipts
Read the Billing history tab, open and print a receipt, and fill in the details a receipt is printed from.
Billing history is the record of everything that added credits to your account — packages you bought, payments you made for an order, gift cards and credits we granted — newest first. Every row that involved an online payment has a receipt you can open and print for your bookkeeping.
Before you start
If you need a company name, address or tax number on your receipts, fill them in once on Settings → General, under Receipt details. Receipts are generated from those details, so receipts issued earlier pick them up too. See Profile settings.
Steps
Open Billing history
Select Settings in the top bar, then the Billing history tab. The page is headed Billing history.
Find the row you need
Rows are listed newest first, 50 to a page. Under the table you see the number of records, for example 41 records, with Previous and Next when there is more than one page.
Open the receipt
A row with a receipt ends in a small arrow ›; select anywhere on the row. The receipt opens as a page of its own, with ← Billing history to go back and Print to send it to your printer or save it as a PDF. The buttons and any notice above the receipt are left out of the printout.

The columns

What you paid in dollars. If part of it was refunded, a second line reads Refunded US$…; the original amount is never replaced, so it still matches your card or PayPal statement. |
Receipt |
An arrow › where there is a receipt, — where there is none. |
The four descriptions you will see:
Upfront purchase— you bought a credit package on Buy credits.Credits for order #c4r7t— you paid online for the part of an order your balance did not cover. The payment became credits that the order then used.Gift card redeemed— a gift card was turned into credits.Credits granted— credits we added to your account, for example from a promotion.
Billing history lists what came in. The credits an order spends are not listed here; you see those on the order’s Pay step.
What a receipt contains
Receipts are always in English.

If your receipt details are incomplete
While Company or full name or Registered address is empty, the receipt opens with a notice above it:
Your receipt details are incomplete — This receipt will print without a company name or address until you fill them in.
Select Complete receipt details to go to Settings → General, fill in the Receipt details section and select Save receipt details. Go back to the receipt: the Bill to block is filled in.
Rules and limits
- 50 rows per page, newest first.
- A receipt exists only for entries paid online. Redeemed gift cards and granted credits show
—in the Receipt column; if you need paperwork for an older payment by bank transfer, write to support@tucia.com. - The dollar figures on a receipt are the amounts we charged. Credits are not money and never appear as a balance on a receipt.
- Billing history and receipts are for the account owner only. Team members do not see them.
