Save the requests you make on every order and add them to your instructions with one click.
Common requests are short sentences you save once and reuse — the instructions you would otherwise retype on every order, like “Remove dust spots”. They belong to your account, so the same list is there on every new order.
In the workspace, right under Project instructions, the Common requests section shows your saved sentences as buttons: “Click to add a line to your instructions. Click again to remove it.”
If you have none saved, it says “Save the requests you make most often, then add them here with one click.” The first time you use them, the list starts with up to ten requests our customers use most — keep the ones that fit and remove the rest. These starters are added only once: if you remove all of them, the list stays empty until you add your own.
The sentence is added to the end of Project instructions as a new line, exactly as saved. The button changes from + to a check mark, and the text saves on its own like anything else you type.
Click it again to take it out
The whole line is removed from your instructions and the button goes back to +.
Edit the line if you like
It is ordinary text in your instructions. If you change even one character of that line, it no longer counts as the saved request — the button goes back to +, and your edited line stays as you wrote it.
The editor only sees your instructions text: what you clicked is not sent separately. A request that is in your instructions also counts as instructions for Continue to review.
Click Manage next to the Common requests heading. A panel slides in from the left: Manage common requests — “Between 6 and 100 characters. These are saved to your account.”
Add a request
Type it in the box at the top (the placeholder reads “Remove dust spots”) and click Add. It is added to the end of your list and appears under Common requests straight away.
Rename or delete
Each row has a pencil and a bin. The pencil lets you edit the text — confirm with Save name or discard with Cancel rename. The bin removes the request from your account.
Close the panel
Click the ✕ at the top of the panel to go back to your instructions.
Requests belong to your account and are shared by all your orders.
Adding a request is skipped if it would take Project instructions over 5,000 characters; you see “Your instructions are at the 5000-character limit. Shorten them to add this.”
Renaming or deleting a saved request does not change instructions you already wrote. Text that is already in an order stays as it is.
If your saved requests cannot be loaded, the section is simply not shown — you can still write your instructions.
