You may choose to sign up or log in to Tucia using a third-party identity provider such as Google or Apple . When you do so, we receive certain account information from the provider you authorize, such as your name, email address, and a unique user ID associated with your Google or Apple account.
We do not receive your password or any sensitive data from these providers. The data we collect through these login methods is used solely for account authentication, user identification, and personalized service delivery. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

5. Image Uploads and User Content
Images you upload to Tucia are stored in secure private cloud storage and accessed only by authorized employees and systems for the purpose of providing editing services. We will not use, share, or publish your images—original or edited—without your explicit written permission.
You may request permanent deletion of your submitted images at any time. Upon deletion, the original files and their edited versions will be removed from our active systems. However, small-size preview thumbnails may persist by default unless you request their removal. As with all deletions, residual backup copies may continue to exist temporarily due to system architecture.
6. Payment & Financial Information
All payments are processed securely by third-party platforms such as Stripe and PayPal. Your payment credentials (e.g., card number, CVV, expiry date) are not transmitted to or stored by Tucia.

7. Data Retention
We retain your uploaded and edited files for up to 180 days by default. After that, high-resolution versions may be automatically deleted, while lower-resolution thumbnails may persist unless otherwise requested. You may contact us at any time to request full deletion of all associated images.

You may:
- Update or correct your account information at any time;
- Request deletion of specific images or your full account;
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications or promotional updates.
- Request permanent deletion of your entire account and all associated data, including image files, order history, and login credentials;
We will respond to all deletion or access requests within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Security Measures
We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted storage, role-based access controls, and secure backups. However, no system is 100% immune to intrusion, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
