Before you begin setting up your account with Tucia.com (herein referred to as “we”, “us”, or “Tucia”), please read the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) carefully. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Tucia service (“Service”). If you (“you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions, and wish to use the Service, please click on the “Sign Up” button. This will constitute a binding agreement between you and Tucia. Your access to and use of the Service are expressly conditioned on your compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Note that any violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in termination of our Service to you.

Tucia reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Please refer to this site periodically for any changes. By continuing to access or use the Service after Tucia makes any such changes, you agree to be bound by any such revise Terms & Conditions.

Our Services:

We undertake to provide photo retouching and designing service according to the photo and request submitted by our customer. If the photo is successfully submitted and accepted by Tucia, our designers will start working and deliver the new photo to the customer in 24 hours.

Your Submissions:

You will submit certain pictures to Tucia, including without limitation, photo graphic images, as part of your use of the Service (“Submissions”).

Tucia forbids its designers from utilizing your Submissions for any purpose other than providing you with the service you request. Although Tucia routinely evaluates its designers and may terminate their services for violating Tucia’s policies, you understand and agree that Tucia assumes no responsibility for the misdirection or misuse of your Submissions by designers.

If, at any time, you learn of any misdirection or misuse of your Submissions, please advise us, as we may correct or terminate the services of any designer responsible for such misdirection or misuse.

Under these Terms & Conditions, you agree that you will NOT post, place or transmit any of the following material or obtain any such material using the Service:

- Any threatening, defamatory, abusive or inappropriate material or any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law;
- Any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons (or their parents or legal guardians, where applicable) who are shown in the material if applicable;
- Any material sent from an anonymous or false address;
- Any material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any individual or group;
- Any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

User Security:

Customer will be provided a personal password to access to their order status and images. We advise that you should keep it confidential and never reveal your password to anyone. However, we can NOT guarantee password safety because it may be leaked out by our customers themselves. Customers are responsible for transactions made with his personal password.

Payment Method:

Customers should offer payment at the time of placing their order. We accept Credit Card payment online. As a vendor verified by Paypal, we also accept instant payment through paypal.

Refund Policy:

In the event of late delivery, a full refund will be sent back to customer's account in Tucia. In the event of dissatisfaction of our work, we will revise the same photos for free according to customer's initial and addtional request, but there will be no refund in order to avoid abuse.

Others:

Tucia reserves the right to terminate the access of any person to the system, with or without cause. Tucia will report any unlawful use or abuse of its system to authorities and will prosecute unlawful conduct to the fullest extent of the law. Tucia reserves the right to use all resources at its disposal, including but not limited to web logs, IP addresses, and particular customer identifying data, to detect, investigate, report and/or remedy abuse of its system, infringement or a reasonable suspicion of dangerous or unlawful conduct.
