A: Basically, We accept all kinds of digital photos which can be transfered by internet. In details, we accept JPG, PNG, or GIF format photos less than 8M bytes. In some case, we will reject your order if we find it's impossible to meet your expectations. Tucia is a strict privacy secure system, and you don't need to worry that any third party would access your photos from us.

A: There are 3 ways to submit your photo:

1. Upload your photo from your computer
2. Import your photo from Flickr
3. Import online photo from a web URL

A: We understand sometime it's difficult to describe clearly about how to retouch your photo. Therefore, if there is a picture which can help you to better describe your request, just upload it, so that our experts can be aware that you want the similar retouching effect as that reference picture.

A: Above industry standard, we seriouly guarantee a 24-hour tournaround. If we fail to deliver in time, a full refund will be provided. By the way, in most cases, we finish a customer's photo in less than 8 hours after your order.

A: Before we start to work on you photo, our expert team will review your photo and request carefully with their expertise and domain knowledge. If your request is ambiguous or going beyond technical limit, or, if you photo is really awful for any retouch efforts (e.g. too small, or too dark), we will reject your order and provide a full refund as soon as possible.
