Q: What kinds of photos do you accept?
A: Basically, We accept all kinds of digital photos which can be transfered by internet. In details, we accept JPG, PNG, GIF, or TIFF format photos less than 50M bytes. In some case, we will reject your order if we find it's impossible to meet your expectations. Tucia is a strict privacy secure system, and you don't need to worry that any third party would access your photos from us.
Q: How to submit my photo?
A: There are 3 ways to submit your photo:

Q: What do you mean by "Completely Risk-Free"
A: This is one of our unique features to guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our work, you can one-click submit additional instruction and we will revise it absolutely for free, with no limitations, until you are satisfied. We want you to know that your satisfaction matters more than anything else.
Q: What is a Reference Picture?
A: We understand sometime it's difficult to describe acurately about how you want your photos to be. A Reference Picture can help you better describe how you want this project to be done. For example: If ABC.jpg has similar effect to what you want your photo to be, you can set it as Reference Picture and tell us in the Project Instruction, e.g. "make my eyes the same as the girl in reference picture ABC.jpg". You don't need to pay any cost for Reference Picture.
Q: What is a Project?
A: A Project may contain 1 or more photos. In some cases, you may need to merge objects from several photos into one picture, or you may need to upload some "Reference Pictures" to remind us of the effects you want. Therefore, now we provide service and charge by "Project". You can create a project with just one photo, or more than one photos, and you can upload multiple reference pictures into one project. Also, you can transfer photos from this project to another project.
Q: How long do I need to wait for your work?
A: Above industry standard, we seriouly provide turnaround guarantee from 24 to 72 hours based on the plan you choose. If we fail to deliver in time, a full refund will be provided.
Q: Under what conditions do you reject my order?
A: Before we start to work on you photos, our expert team will review your photos and instruction carefully with their expertise and domain knowledge. If your instruction is ambiguous or going beyond technical limit, or, if you photo is really awful for any retouch efforts (e.g. too small, or too dark), we will reject your order and provide a full refund as soon as possible.
